Easy to find.
Close to the highway -- a bit noisy.

Very charming.

The bed was comfortable.
Room was dingy (clean but dingy) and sound carried.

Located ideally for making good choice for people not using a hotel room for anything but sleeping - late at night after everyone else has gone to bed.

The spa was at least hot and it had a flat screen TV.
No hot water, the ice machine did not work, had to hunt down staff to get anything.

This hotel was cheap I love. No hot water, lots of things in our room did not work. Our lamp did not work, the ice machine did not work and the room had a lot of weird cheap repairs.

Hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable.
Some of my family was staying in the same hotel and the heater in their room did not work, but hotel staff did accommodate with portable heaters.

Nice hotel, very clean. We were very satisfied with our stay. We would come back and stay again.

Customer service excellent , location perfect.

This was a perfect hotel if you are looking for a comfortable, clean, and friendly place to stay at. It is walking distance to the town of Solvang, maybe 100 yards.

I liked the location off the freeway. They are remodeling the rooms so they're getting better.
I did not like the paper thin walls. I had a hard time sleeping with crying babies/kids next door and I could hear the cars driving on the road.

The hotel has a lots of broken items. Nothing seemed to work. It looks like they are trying to repair/remodel. There are lots of families with crying kids. I wouldn't recommend if this bothers you. You have to turn up the A/C/heater fans to drown out the noise between the kids and the cars driving on the road. It's a very loud place. It's okay for overnight but not a place to stay over an extended time or you will go crazy. The attendants were not really into their jobs. I couldn't find the attendant when I lift so I left my key in their work area. ...read more
